I’m a qualified, BACP registered counsellor offering professional, confidential counselling in Chiswick and Richmond, as well as online throughout the UK.
My experience includes supporting people within specialist mental health, cancer support and crisis intervention services. This work has deepened my understanding of how distress, uncertainty and major life changes can affect our thoughts, relationships and sense of self.
